OCBC Singapore Statement PDFs: Documents, Eligibility and Archive Checks

Updated · 6 min read

Find an eligible personal statement through Documents, filter category/dates, save its PDF and check the actual printed cycle. This guide covers the Singapore product and the task described below.

The desktop apps export date, description, and amount as CSV. Open CSV in Excel to save an XLSX workbook. Statement support varies: verify the result against your own PDF.

Check current document eligibility and history

OCBC's Documents FAQ confirms PDF documents can be saved through personal web and mobile banking. It does not name a universal final save button. The published archive is phased: up to three years in 2026, four in 2027, five in 2028, with growth toward seven. The future years describe the announced schedule, not current implemented coverage.

Time Deposit, Passbook Savings and all-signature joint accounts are excluded from the described service. Joint access depends on the mandate and applicable primary-holder digital conditions. The same area also holds eLetters; a letter is not automatically a transaction statement. Preferences saved before document generation apply to the next cycle; they do not recreate an old missing record. The FAQ separately says a document may take up to two working days to become available after generation. This delay concerns document availability, not processing a delivery preference.

Find the eligible account PDF

The official step guide provides these entry routes:

  1. In web banking use View accounts → Documents → View documents.
  2. In mobile banking use More → Documents – Statements & Letters → View documents.
  3. Filter the actual document category and dates, select the account statement and open it.
  4. Save the offered PDF with the actual controls available, then reopen the local copy. Saving is documented; a particular final button or storage folder was not established.

Distinguish access limits from a missing document

For an invented joint-account request, an excluded all-signature mandate cannot be solved by widening a date filter or changing paper preferences. Confirm the account's legitimate access and use the bank's proper support route if the record is outside this service. Do not ask another holder for their login or verification codes. For an eligible account, search category and dates independently: an eLetter with the right month can still be the wrong document. The phased archive is an upper service limit, not a guarantee that any specific past cycle exists.

Finish collection before making a worksheet

Reopen the actual saved file outside the banking viewer. Compare the document title, account alias, printed start/end and readable complete pages with the request. Preserve the original unchanged; record the date collected separately from its printed period. Keep a request pending or a file not located until the record is actually received and checked. Two copies of one cycle do not collect a second period, and the filename alone does not prove coverage.

Use the blank private checklist below to record expected account-period identities, received files and unresolved questions. Do not put full account numbers into shared filenames. A working table is a separate analysis; a third party requesting the issued statement can require information the table omits.

Test the collection checklist with four invented periods

We checked set membership for three deliberately constructed document lists on October 11, 2026. The desired periods are P1, P2, P3 and P4; these aliases do not represent a bank’s actual monthly cadence or archive. A complete list has four files and four unique periods. Omitting P3 leaves three files and a gap. Downloading P2 twice gives five files but still only four unique periods. More files do not necessarily mean more coverage. No bank account, PDF, OCR output or LocalExtract result was tested.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are seven years available now?

The current FAQ describes up to three years in 2026 and phased growth in later years; check actual availability.

Does this include every joint account?

No. Mandate and eligibility conditions apply; all-signature joint accounts are excluded by the cited service.

Which final save button is guaranteed?

None was established. Saving PDF is supported, but the exact current final control must be followed as offered.

Does a delivery change retrieve an old record?

No. It concerns future generated documents, not proof that an older file was received.

If PDF is the relevant source

LocalExtract processes one PDF at a time on the device and exports CSV with date, description, amount. Parsing and OCR do not require uploading the statement. This is a working table that needs comparison with the original; no bank compatibility was validated here. There is no direct XLSX, QBO or OFX export, bulk queue or automatic accounting sync. To obtain XLSX, import the checked CSV and save from Excel.

The free evaluation covers ten pages in total. Pro is USD 10/month or USD 60/year. Account, subscription, update and periodic Pro checks need network access. See downloads and product scope.

Sources and verification scope

Public official guidance checked October 11, 2026. Account controls, document availability and bank layouts were not authenticated-tested. The method exercises use invented records, not actual bank samples or measured extraction results.

Updated October 11, 2026: Clarified the document route, product limits and file-coverage checks. No bank format or app output was validated.

Keep the source task and product conditions explicit, preserve the original and leave missing records or rows unresolved. Check the actual file before using it.
