1. Service Description

LocalExtract is a desktop application for macOS and Windows that converts bank statement PDFs to CSV and Excel formats. All document processing happens locally on your device.

2. Account Terms

• You may use LocalExtract without an account (Free tier with page limits)
• An account is required for Pro subscription
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must provide accurate information when creating an account

4. Payment and Cancellation

• Pro subscriptions are billed monthly ($10/month) or yearly ($60/year)
• You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the billing period
• On macOS, payments are processed through the app. On Windows, payments are processed through the Microsoft Store

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer or modify the application
• Circumvent usage limits or licensing restrictions
• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Share your Pro account credentials with others

6. Disclaimer

LocalExtract is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all bank statement formats will be correctly parsed. Always verify extracted data before use.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
