HSBC US My Documents: tax forms, CD advice and receipts

The desktop apps export date, description, and amount as CSV. Open CSV in Excel to save an XLSX workbook. Statement support varies: verify the result against your own PDF.
Select the right supplementary record
Open My Documents and locate the required document type. Apply the archive to that record rather than to every file in the area:

CD means certificate of deposit. A CD advice and a monthly deposit statement answer different requests. My Documents categories.
Keep monthly statements separate
HSBC's US eStatements page offers viewing, downloading and printing of up to seven years of electronic deposit statements. That deposit limit is not a promise for card or Select Credit records. The supplementary-document route above should not be used as an assumed monthly-statement menu.

Save account records before closure
Once an account is closed, it no longer appears in My accounts, and its eStatement cannot be requested through that service. Contact HSBC for assistance with the exact record; the FAQ does not establish a replacement fee or delivery deadline. Closed-account FAQ.
For HSBC US supplementary records, choose the correct My Documents type and its own archive limit; keep monthly statements as a separate task.
