BOK Financial: statements, combined delivery and closure

The desktop apps export date, description, and amount as CSV. Open CSV in Excel to save an XLSX workbook. Statement support varies: verify the result against your own PDF.

Retrieve a statement or change delivery

Use the web or mobile entry point above, open the available account statement and save it through the offered document controls. PDF means Portable Document Format.

Delivery is a separate task: open Manage Statement Preferences, switch the account to Online Only, save and accept the terms as required. Preference instructions.

Check combined accounts before opting in

Choosing online-only for one account on a combined statement changes all related combined accounts. Check who relies on that mailed record before changing it. The bank describes one further paper statement after enrollment, so paper need not stop immediately. Enrollment conditions.

Distinguish archive depth from post-closure access

The dedicated statement page advertises up to seven years online, plus these continued-access periods:

Record	Dedicated page's post-closure/payoff period
Closed deposit account	Up to 12 months after closure
Loan, line or mortgage documents	13 months after payoff

However, the general FAQ says closed-account statements are no longer online. These descriptions conflict. If the file is absent, confirm the account's eligibility with BOK rather than treating either statement as a guarantee. Bank-center or ExpressBank copy assistance may incur a fee.
